Marine Jousting in France

Marine jousting is a centuries-old tradition in Sète, France, celebrated during the summer festival of Saint Louis. This vibrant spectacle features jousters balancing on boats adorned with colorful decorations. Participants stand on platforms at the stern of each boat, aiming to knock their opponent off with long wooden lances as their vessels glide through the water.
